Gel capsules are available in varying portencies (10mg, 15mg, 25mg, and 50mg) so that everyone can use the product in the most efficient way for their optimal dosage. If you do not yet know your dosage we recommend starting low and increasing slow.

Recommended daily dose: 2 – 3 capsules. Please note if you take 50 mg CBD per capsule recommended daily dose is 1 capsule per day.
